I got Jane dressed for her monthly picture, but she was hungry and fussy. When I fed her, she fell asleep and looked like a peaceful little angel.
She quickly woke up
and was smiley. Smiles are Jane's new skill and they're our favorite. She smiles generously at Daddy, but not the rest of us, so it makes us excited and we feel special when she does.
Along with smiling, Jane can hold her head up, which is helpful since she wants to be held at all times. She still does not like the car seat, but she loves being in the baby carrier. She's doing a great job nursing and taking bottles, but we haven't found a formula yet that perfectly suits her.
At 2 months Jane is 10 lbs, 8 oz ( 27th percentile)
22.24 inches (37th percentile)
15.35 inch head circumference (72nd percentile)
She's still a little peanut, but she's on target with her developmental milestones and was very tough for her shots.
