Tonight we painted the hall and living room. It's a little darker than these pictures, and slightly brownish, or "wheat bread," as Behr calls it.
We finally put our curtain rod up. The curtains we got from our wedding were uneven lengths, though. So, we put our bedroom ones in here (good thing I procrastinated hemming them) and put some from my aunt in our bedroom.
We also got a little bookcase for movies. And swapped out the t.v. stand for the entertainment center. So classy.
We still need to hang things, but for now it's done!
The doors all got the ceiling color over their wood paneling, and a new light brightened the hall up very nicely.
