For Scott's birthday, he chose take his brothers and a few school friends bowling over spring break.
He loves bowling and had a fun time being silly with his friends.
He actually played really well. This was his celebratory jump after a strike.
For his family dinner he chose homemade mac and cheese and carrot cake to celebrate.
Seven years old already!
He got all his favorite things for his birthday--Lego, Harry Potter, Star Wars, books, a penguin, running shoes exactly like his previous and current pair.
And my personal favorite (from Karen and Alan), a Penguin Harry Potter shirt! They also adopted a penguin for him. Scott named him Emperor Penguintine and we all love reading the updates they send.
At his annual check up, Scott was 53 pounds, 6 ounces (63rd percentile) and 4 feet .6 inches (64th percentile).
At age 7 most of Scott's favorite things have remained constant from previous years, but he mixed it up a little.
Food: Quiche and homemade mac and cheese
Color: teal
Animal: penguin
Song: Gummy Bear (an obnoxious song they discovered on Alexa and are allowed to listen to once a day)
Church song: A Child's Prayer
When he grows up he wants to be: One of 3 things--astronomer or astronaut, they both sound so exciting. And maybe a Disney Cast Member at Cars Racers.
His favorite things to do: jump on the trampoline, watch Daddy play Switch, read, go to school, ride bikes, go to Disneyland, camping, go on airplanes, Legos, go on trips
