December I

Jane's newborn hair is growing out and the remaining long strands are very fluffy.
Such a big girl trying to pull herself up all the time.
That's better, sit down and slow down, baby girl.
So excited that it rained enough to use rainboots and umbrellas.
She loves diaper changes. And nakie time.
Working on some tummy time.
Lots of company to help her.
Perry keeping Jane occupied on the bed while I get ready.
Such sweet babies.

We love this little munchkin.

We offered our raking services on our community page and a neighbor had a big job for us. These big helpers got right to work.
Reading time
and big, long snuggles from my sweetie Perry.
Jane tried out Perry's Iceland hat and it was perfect.
Trying to scoot herself out of the bouncer.
He needs his glasses to see better.
Dressed up her pjs with a bow.
Church Christmas party.

Trying out the dress I bought for Miranda's wedding.
She loves it.
Ready for the flower baby spotlight.
Silly Perry in Daddy's shoes. He is the funniest kid.
Discovering toys.
Preschool time. Perry loves school and loves having his friends over when it's our turn.
Watching the kids play outside.
With her big, blue eyes.
She has a strong core.
Little buddies
He puts up with so much

She loves her feet.
Cute ice skating mice dress
We ran an errand and popped into Williams-Sonoma to pick up a gift and they had hot chocolate samples. It was so good--the chocolate flake kind like in Iceland and made with milk--my new favorite.
Jane is learning how to fall asleep in the car seat.
Constant attention when her brothers are home
We can't get enough
She'll be reading in no time.
Preschool playtime. It can be a challenge to balance with Jane, but most of the time we get it to work.
Little sister grabbing her feet
Putting each other to sleep.
Perry stole Jane's seat while she was wriggling around as I made copies at school.
I left Jane after her diaper change to go get her clothes and Perry put a blanket on her because he was worried she'd be cold.
Little pumpkin is well taken care of.
He loves her so much.
He also still loves me and my undivided attention. He likes to come snuggle me while I try to nap after lunch before we pick up the big boys.
Angel baby
At John's work party, Jonah tried a ginger snap that was really hard and it made his tooth bleed a little, then it was loose. The next day, he pulled it out at school. It was barely wiggly before then, so we aren't sure if it was really meant to come out yet or not, but it didn't hurt him.
My friend from school watched the boys for us while we went on a date for our anniversary.
Jane tagged along, but she slept most of the time. We tried the Dry Creek Grill by our house that our friends love and we'd never been. We loved it. Especially the complimentary celebratory dessert.
Christmas babies
Excited for puddles to break in his new, favorite rainboots.
Sleepy girl on our walk home.
A leaf and a rock. Only missing a stick.
Green stripeys
Showing us that baby belly
Sucking her bitty thumb
Ready for her first Christmas
Karen sent Jane this little outfit and I love the matching tights.
I made some chocolate trees for the kids' teachers.
This box is a hat,
this box can be my home. Oh no, my plate will not fit in it.
Wrapping presents and singing the narwhal song with different words, "I am a present, a happy little present. I like to be opened." He is so clever and funny.
Looking so preppy with his button down shirt still on, but changed into shorts.
We took the boys to Bethlehem to see the Nativity story. It was a nice experience with them, but way too crowded to really enjoy because they couldn't see everything and it was too loud to talk to them and explain things. But they had hot chocolate and we left right as it started pouring rain, so still a win.
All tuckered out from the trek.
Such a doll face.
When she's wearing just a white onesie, I see her brothers in her, especially Scott. I love it.
