May II

I checked on Perry and he had his blanket on like a headdress.
I ran to the store one morning with Perry still in his sleep sack. He got a treat from the bakery and was a happy camper.
John racing Scott on our evening walk. I like to beat or tie him to keep him humble, but John lets him think he's the fastest runner in the world.
Perry lets us brush his teeth, then likes to take his toothbrush away with him. I don't usually let him, but John's a softy.
Perry loves feeding himself, but it's such a mess.
Jonah's water color at the art vista display for open house at preschool. He titled his, "Daytime in the Morning."
Scott's is called, "Garden."
Some light reading before bed.
On our way to the park.
Ready to help in the kitchen.
Jonah is still seldom in a regular position when we tuck him in at night.
Scott worked hard to make a paper flower craft from his Friend magazine, then put it in a cup of water.
So annoyed at having to eat on a chair because we were doing a huge puzzle on the table that put it out of commission for a few weeks.
Perry still had his highchair, so he was plenty happy. He's been teething with his molars and not sleeping very well at night then wanting to sleep in late in the mornings.
A little water, a little light sabering.
Justin Timberlake on a Sesame Street dvd. In a bucket hat.
John is a snuggle magnet.
Another grocery trip, another cookie. This kid gets way more sugar than his brothers combined did at this age.
I cleaned the floor and the puzzle was still out, so I sent the kids to the backyard with lunch. They loved having a picnic.
Scott learned about scraping the flour with a knife in preschool and now he's a more diligent baker than I am.
We made salt dough Jabba the Huts.
Reading together, a daily occurrence.
Playing in the Star Wars play hut. Perry found something fun in my diaper bag and was chewing on it. Luckily it was unused.
Perry passes dishes to whoever is emptying the dishwasher with little noises that mimic words like "here you go" and "thank you."
Another oatmeal mask.
He figured out how to open the flour container.
Roomba helped clean it up.
We went out for our friend John's birthday dinner at Maggiano's. It was really good.
Birthday cupcakes for Lucas after his baptism.
Perry's static hair under their trampoline.
Slow and steady progress on the puzzle.
Jonah holds hands to help him race faster.
John got a bunch of strawberries from the garden one night and I made pound cake to go under them.
Jonah memorized the Planes Pals book and reads it to Perry.
Perry helping with the laundry.
Snuggled up for his nap.
I sent John this picture of a bag at Sprouts.
And that was our month!
