Berries and the Beach

I picked up a backpack harness for Perry one morning before heading to Davenport. He hates it, but it'll come in handy when we are in busy places and I can't hold him.
We were waiting for our friends to pick berries and found sticks and a little chipmunk to entertain us.
It was brave and came out to take grass that we were holding.
Then it was time for strawberry picking!
We were supposed to sample, not graze.
Which Perry didn't fully comprehend.
If he saw it, he ate it.
Jonah loving little Nora.
They found their new friend again afterward. We ate lunch, bought some jam (and an amazing chocolate dipped strawberry for me) and headed out.
Next up was Santa Cruz to meet up with Sheri and McKay's family at the beach.
Perry was a sand baby.
He and Dallin played in the warm sand.
Then Perry bolted for the water. He has no fear and doesn't mind the cold at all.
Luckily Grandma was there to lift him over the big waves.
Fruit and the ocean, what better way to spend the day.
