HMB Tide Pools

John's parents rented a beach house in Half Moon Bay so that the family could all be together for Christmas.
We took advantage of a beautiful afternoon and took the kids to the tide pools around the corner while their parents were at Alcatraz.
The sun came out and it was windy, but warm. Perfect Christmas weather.
Sweet Connor was all smiles and then fell asleep in the stroller on the walk home.
Madoc and Lucas enjoyed throwing rocks in the water
Dallin searched all over to find the right rocks to throw.
 Running from the waves.
We had the beach to ourselves.
John showing the kids the dead crab he found.
Sadie loved collecting shells, but this one was a little too big to bring home.
 So much to explore.
Our other pictures are on Alan's camera, so this is it for beach house pictures for now. We had a really fun time visiting with everyone.

  1. Fun pictures. The beach was nice when the sun finally came out. I'm waiting for dad to share all his beach house pictures too. We should have stolen his memory card while we had the chance.

  2. These pictures are a good reminder of the fun we had at the beach. The weather was perfect--for a little while, at least. I love the beach. Getting a beach house for Christmas was a good idea!
