Turkey Week

I give leftovers one week of fridge time and the smallest turkey at our grocery store was 12.3 lbs. . . so this week was full of creative turkey recipes.
Japanese curry turkey
turkey pizza
turkey pot pie
and turkey noodle soup!

    The soup and the curry look pretty good. I might have to try some of these with our left overs. I'm not as good as you with keeping the week rule.
