June

Jonah's class was in the talent show at school. They sang a song with their buddies with the words changed to talk about graduation. Jonah did all the dancing and they were all adorable up there.
Perry wanted some water and decided this was the best way to go about it.
We went to help my friend Melody pack a few mornings and Perry loved their hallway swing.
Perry helped harvest some green beans from the garden.
I told Perry he was being a stinker bug and he said, "no, me a stinker doggy!" He pretends to be a dog most of the time now.
His puppy face, which makes an appearance in most pictures. He also occasionally licks us.
We went to Mrs. Ramirez's baby shower at the end of the school year.
Jonah's advice to her was "give him a pasifire to help him stop crying."
We made a big diaper cake for a fun, but practical gift for a fourth boy.
Perry and I love making patterns with Scott's connect 4 game.
Scott made a Jabba the Hutt origami for his teacher and we put a gift card in it for her end of the year present.
They're really into games again. This car puzzle game is technically one player, but they work together on it. Especially Perry, who just moves the cars where his brothers tell him.
Perry making a heart with his crayons. Putting his hand up to say hi is another current favorite for his pictures.
Scott's first grade family picnic was on a heat wave day. I told Scott I could bring anything for his lunch and he requested grapes. Apparently we really need to have grapes more often.
Perry trying out the baby's new bed.
We're ready for summer. Watermelon and swimming has begun.
John's sister, Sarah, sent us this beautiful blanket for the baby and Perry would not go to bed without it.
One of their favorite summer chores to do is water the garden.
On the last day of school, we went to help with the activities in Jonah's class and Perry jumped right into a group. He could have totally been in kindergarten this year... as long as they did crafts, playdoh, legos, bubbles, and chalk all day. And writing P's. He loves to write P's.
I bought peaches to make John a pie, but then Miranda made us this amazing summery berry cake. We ended up eating all the peaches anyway, so it worked out great.
Perry opening the blinds on his tip toes. I love how his short little shorts look on him and he loves how soft they are.
I tried to take a picture at 35 weeks, but a little puppy jumped in.
Perry keeping his eyes protected and looking cool.
We stopped at the bigger Recycle bookstore on our way to swim lessons so Scott and Jonah could find a missing Star Wars book in their series. We usually use the library, but these ones they reread and use to make the origami in them. They each picked a chapter book and finished them the next day. Now I remember why we don't buy books every time, though.
Easiest way to get the boys to clean up the play room and keep them entertained is to blow up a few balloons.
Hours of fun.
Free new smoothie flavor day at Jamba Juice. A great afternoon refresher.
Walking in a row by age to Lauren's pool. They love swimming with friends.
My view these days.
The older two boys did a sports camp at the church down the block for three mornings and loved it, so we signed up for the Vacation Bible school the next week. They had fun and I scheduled appointments and grocery shopped and played with Perry, which was a good adjustment for him after having me to himself all school year. They did a performance the last night and Jonah proudly led his class into the room.
Perry hard at work on his summer school book.
After grocery shopping we had a pastry next door, which Perry ate like a hot dog.
I prepped so much food for Miranda's engagement party and John did a perfect job grilling all the chicken and meatball kebabs.
We had a fun night and are looking forward to her wedding in a few months.
