Scott started putting his hands out to hold Jonah. He's very gentle with him most of the time.
He sometimes helps hold Jonah's bottle and can fetch things for us like a diaper, paci, or burp cloth.
I bought Scott this outfit on sale after Easter, but they didn't have little sizes left. Then when Karen was out of town she found one and brought it home for Jonah.
I've been excited for them to wear these for months and they turned out even cuter than I was picturing.
Scott likes to give Jonah kisses, but will be soft and sweet for a few minutes, then instantly turn. So we have to stay close and watch him whenever they're together.
He really likes to hold Jonah, though, and we want to encourage the gentle moments.

I'm glad that the majority of the time Scott has been an attentive and loving big brother.

ReplyDeleteSometimes Lucas is rougher with Paige than I would like, but she doesn't seem to mind. I usually just try to let them do their thing until there's crying. Although Jonah and Scott may both need to get a little older before you can do that.
