Scott in March

I'm trying to take less pictures and narrow them down better so I can have a monthly random-pictures-of-Scott post instead of a weekly one. We'll see how it goes.
Scott tried out the kid cart at Lowes. He was in heaven.
Late church means slow Sunday mornings.
Putting that kid to work. Has to earn his keep.
Mooching my cereal.
Enjoying his birthday toys.
The Duplo cars seem to be a favorite.
He helped himself to a snack after church.
I guess we were taking too long on dinner.
Scott really loves to help cook.
He puts the lid on and takes it off, stirs, then tastes.
He also likes his water bottle. He drops it when he's done, then later when he's playing and thirsty, he crawls over to the floor by the highchair and finds it.
He tried using a spoon at dinner. He'd put food on it with his hand, then lift it to his mouth and the food would fall off. Eventually he just chewed the spoon instead.
He's been doing this little pose a lot. It seems to be a combo of shy and flirty. He does it to his grandma about halfway through the cooking video above, too.
Scott's also been waving and clapping all the time, except when you ask him to do it. The only thing he does when asked is high fives.
Hanging out with his bff, food mixer.
Scott's grandma took him to the grocery store and came home with a pineapple yogurt. He is really fast and has long arms.
Helping dad make crust for pi day.
Playing with dad.
Showing off his standing abilities
and refusing to take a step despite his obviously sufficient strength and balance.
His hair is getting long and fluffy. Probably time for a trim.
Since he was enjoying our pots and pans so much I bought him a set from Ikea.
They've been keeping him entertained while I play with the bigger-sized ones making lunch and dinner.
Having a few puffs to stir and eat in each pot doesn't hurt.

  1. Love, love, the pictures! I don't know if I can go a whole month without a fresh dose of Scott's smiley, growly, flirty face and antics. Just install a web cam for me...
