Three Little Girls
Our dreams came true when the Johnstons asked us to babysit tonight. It gave me something to look forward to all day at work.
John could entertain these girls for hours with facial expressions alone.

Giving Thanks
We hosted Thanksgiving dinner at Brian and Annie's, where we are house sitting this weekend. John made this Lego turkey for the occasion.
We were joined by Josh (who came later due to an excessive nap), my dad and sister. It was our first time making Thanksgiving dinner, made tricksy by a diabetic and vegetarian.

Lonely
I dropped my husband off at the airport today for his business trip to Idaho. Here he is all bundled up in his marshmallow jacket.
The new terminal is finished and looks quite fancy.
I may or may not have bawled the whole way home. This is the longest we'll be apart since we've been married and I'm a little addicted to him.

Midnight Deathly Hallows
We dressed as muggles for the 12:02 Harry Potter. It was John's first midnight release EVER!
Waiting in line. We brought our friend Stephen Summers and he gave us a recap of each chapter. He is so brilliant. He puts our fanship to shame.
We met up with my mom. It was an INTENSE movie. Especially around 2 in the morning.
Now we have to read them all again before July 15th! And try to stay awake at work today!

Nothing New
Apparently we haven't done anything interesting this week. Our camera is full of pictures like this:
It seems John's been using it at work again. Even my phone pictures are just things I've texted John. Like this "sale" on a book at Target. Originally $12 this week only $12.80Or this baby outfit for 1st Thanksgiving, which goes to size 24 months. That's a big baby.
I caught John's cold and have been sick for two weeks (and counting) and working late and trying to work on Christmas presents. John's been doing Italy research and getting stoked for Thursday's midnight Harry release and started jogging with me. I asked John what we've been up to and he said we went to the temple and Five Guys. Fascinating!
In exchange for a boring post, here is a hilarious joke:
What did one snowman say to the other snowman?
Smells like carrots!
