Lighthouse Point

Our original plan, Natural Bridges, was full, so we went down the road to a new place, Lighthouse Point.
It was an off leash beach, so we saw lots and lots and lots of doggies.
Jane loves dogs, but only from a distance or at her own pace with a quiet, still dog. So we had some snacktime together under the umbrella when the dogs got to be too much for her.
They mostly played with each other and kept their space from the boys.
Jonah got wet, shocking noone.
He loves it.
Added a coating of sand for fun.
Scott, the sand creation mastermind and Perry, his minion.
Eventually John coaxed Jane back out to the water/dog zone.
A big wave came in and he had to rescue her and I got this great/terrified shot.
Nobody wanted to leave, so we promised them Marianne's on the way home.
Every picture has a great Perry pose.
His excitement really shows.
Jane had some of ours and she liked it, but isn't ice cream crazy. Such a strange being.
More for us, and less stickiness to clean before driving home.
