Little Sailor

I took a bunch of pictures of Scott in his sailor outfit, since he's not likely to wear it many more times before he outgrows it and it's so cute. I didn't narrow them down much because I liked them all.

Thanks Karen for the outfit!

Week 4

This week we stayed for all of church.
Scott's button-down, collared onesie could not have been any cuter on him.
He slept soundly through all 3 hours
 Fuzzy hair
His socks are knee-highs on him right now
His Great Aunt Wendy came to see him.
They shared some tummy time and sleepy cuddles
He is really growing quickly. He still wears preemie and newborn clothes, but his stomach is filling out
He also learned how to read this week.
And his head grew enough to fit his hats a little better
He still doesn't love them, but I think he looks adorable and they help keep him warm on walks.
Scott also met his Great Grandma Marva
All four generations together
It's been a busy week for the little man.

St. Patrick's Day

The Arizona Crapos came to visit over spring break and we celebrated with them.
Karen brought a BYU hat back from Provo for Scott. It matched his St. Patrick's Day outfit fetchingly.
Everyone sported their green to avoid pinches.
 Charlotte liked Scott.
She also liked playing with Rocky . . .
 from a distance.
Other family members joined us later in the day for a dinner that was both festive and delicious.

Week 3

Muscle Milk
 Trying out his overalls
They were still a little big, so he ate a bit more.
Playing with/sucking on his Sophie giraffe.
Eating the blanket during tummy time
Cuddled up asleep in his favorite spot
Sleeping in the bassinet . . . in the carseat.
Not our proudest moment, but he slept a lot sounder in there.

Party In His Crib

all night long.

Week 2

We made it through the first two weeks.
To say it's been exhausting is an understatement.
Scott doesn't know what we're complaining about, he's perfectly rested.
Fortunately we love him to pieces
John said he's never held a baby so much before.
 Smiley guy
 Giving the stink eye
Our neighbors brought over this outfit for Scott
It's great for diaper changes at night because it switches into a gown, but his little feet stick right out of it.

He really likes to hug John
 and sleep on his chest
 John is definitely Scott's favorite
although he'll take me in a pinch
This little guy is so spoiled. He wouldn't sleep in his bassinet more than a few minutes without fussing, but was out cold for a few hours in our bed.
We may need to exchange his crib for a queen-sized bed.
