Week 28: Sept 20-26

Jane made herself a floor is lava course with duplo base plates.
We're trying to get her into her own age-appropriate toys with moderate success.
Adding a few things to my gorcery list.
Jane was in a bad mood
and nothing I tried was helping her.
Finally I let her go outside
and she was a totally different kid.
Happy,
smiley,
giggly.

She looked like a little doll and I couldn't stop taking her picture.

She is very pleased with herself for climbing on the coffee table.
And the kitchen table.
Pajama scarf. It'll catch on.
She's got the necessities--diaper and shoes.
Picking out a book.
Requesting water and being a crab cake.
Happy as a clam outside.
I love seeing the kids playing together happily, especially made up games.
She found Perry's current nighttime reading book and wanted a turn.
Helped herself to some butter.
Not the comfiest looking way to read, but they're happy.
Non-stop backyard play.
Play hard, crash hard.
Helping make naan for dinner. If Perry's rolling dough out, it's best that the shape not be important.
Jane is also ready to help.
Sweetie pie
Jonah's school assignment. He wrote his name with things that he likes: baseball, balls, books/Percy Jackson, Legos, video games.
Happy girl
Hanging out
Sitting on Duplos like she's waiting for them to hatch.
Bringing John his game. She likes to match people with their things. Even if you've intentionally left your phone to charge, she will unplug it and bring it to you.
Got her finger stuck in the door stopper. I pulled it (easily) out, and she put it right back in, then cried for help.
What she really needed was a nap, apparently.
Jane pulled the succulents out of my pots. Thankfully she didn't throw the pots, too, but the dirt was in the piano and all over the floor.
Since we seem to be doing online school for the long haul, John added legs to the coffee table to make the kids a desk. He was excited to use his kreg jig to make pocket holes.
I'm happy to have a central place for at least one of them to work and keep their supplies.
