Minnie Mouse went for a walk.
A lizard was hiding out in a bag on the porch and escaped in our living room. One of the times I was most grateful John was working from home.
Snuggle buddies
They are little stinkers in my bed
but they're so cute together.
Scott showed us a science experiment he learned at school.
Jane is dressed and ready to go.
After a few sassy poses.
This way to the park!
Dog pile on the slide.
Got herself into a pickle.
She is fearless. I am not.
We had the whole airplane to ourselves.
These little bead ice packs are perfect for small boo-boos.
All tuckered out. He doesn't nap very often, so you know he was tired.
Mask, shoes, and backpack on--she's ready to walk to school.
Or run.
Took her pjs off in bed.
Whenever she feels like it, she just strips them off.
Helping herself to some water.
Taking her stroller for a walk.
John made creme brulee for Mother's Day.
I bought John a pressure washer for his birthday that was backordered, but it came weeks early. Ruined the surprise, but got our front driveway spruced up sooner.
Jane was making the craziest faces.
Like this extreme cheese.
A nice frozen yogurt on a warm day. We love playing in the backyard.
We ran into some of the boys' classmates at the park and invited them over for a popsicle in the backyard. They were outside and masked, but it was the first time they've had friends over in so long. It was really nice.
I got a job as the pool manager at our neighborhood pool so we could have pool access. We'd been on the waitlist 4+ years already and I didn't want to go another summer without swimming since the ymca and community centers are still closed. It's a really gorgeous poo
Getting John to spin her at the park.
Two out of three liked lunch.
Jane was very upset.
She needed cheese.
All better!
Jane's favorite sticker canvas--John's arm.
Headed to the dentist for her first check-up.
They brought all of us in at once, which was great for my schedule and reducing covid exposure.
We tried a new dentist's office and they were fantastic.
I try to get Perry to read to Jane, but she wants to read her own book.
I took Jane to run an errand and she had her first escalator experience. She was not a fan.
The lady at the shop gave her a sample chocolate that she enjoyed on the porch.
Giving all her kisses to Minnie and not Mommy.
A little smile for me, though.
Pouting, looking out the window. She can't wait for the boys to finish class so they'll go play outside with her.
Some bocce at our neighbor's house.
My cute bed-stealer.
Watching x-files with the lights off.
Fearless.
