Our ward rented a Google shuttle to take us to Sacramento for the day.
Scott read and Perry played and we all ate, then we were there.
We switched off watching the kids and going inside the temple.
It was dangerously smoky in the area from the Camp fire, but the winds were going in a good direction so it wasn't too bad on the temple grounds.
When we were leaving, it started changing quickly and was pretty scary.
The ride home was long and a little car sicky. We're excited for the Oakland temple to reopen so we can start going more regularly again.
